Our non-alcoholic creations are an exciting accompaniment to the menu and were awarded by Falstaff as Germany’s "Best Non-Alcoholic Beverage Pairing." The drinks are based mostly on clarified vegetable juices, which are refined with fruits, berries, or aromatic oils in various textures. House-made essences, espumas, and juices play with acidity, sweetness, and spice. The result is precise, elegant, and contemporary.
